Dev DD is a 2016 Hindi web series containing fairly adult scenes. The film is conceptualized and produced by Shobha Kapoor and Ekta Kapoor for Balaji Telefilms. The series is directed by Ken Ghosh for the on demand platform Alt Balaji. The web series was released on 21 April 2016. It stars Ashima Sanjay Suri, Akhil Kapoor, Rumana Mollah, Vardaan, Rashmi Agdekar and Sandeep Pandey in lead roles. Dev DD adult web series is a reinterpretation of the novel Devdas written by Sharat Chandra Chattopadhyay. The series is about a young modern woman who is trying her best to break the concept of how Indian women are perceived.
