IBPS PO/MT Recruitment 2023 – Eligibility Criteria
A candidate should confirm that they meet the requirements before registering for the IBPS PO exam. Educational Qualification –
Graduation Degree: The minimum requirement for the IBPS CRP exam is a graduate degree in any discipline from a university recognized by the Government of India (BA, B.Com, BSc, B.Tech, or equivalent). Candidates with equivalent degrees recognized by the Central Government are also eligible to apply for this exam.
Computer Literacy: Working knowledge of computer systems is required for the position as well as to take the online IBPS PO exam.
Language Proficiency: It is ideal to be able to communicate verbally and in writing in the state’s or UT’s official language. The applicant must be literate in the language in both written and spoken form.
IBPS PO Recruitment 2023 – Age Limit Required
- For Officer Scale I (Assistant Manager), applicants must be over 18 and under 30 years old.
- Officer Scale II (Manager), Above 21 years of age and under 32 years of age.
- For Officer Scale III (Senior Manager), the age requirement is Above 21 and Below 40.

IBPS PO Recruitment 2023 – Salary
- An IBPS Probationary Officer’s base pay ranges from Rs. 52,000 to Rs. 55,000, plus additional incentives including special allowances and dearness pay. According to the wage modification, the starting basic pay for a PO is Rs. 36,000.
